This is pretty much the same position as an in-house recruiter - expect you get to work wherever you want. The other major difference is that you search the web to find the right employee for the right position. 4. Clickworker – Clickworker allows you to sign up and become part of a pool of folks who complete tasks for Clickworkers’ clients. Data entry is one of those tasks, and others include proofreading, copy editing, web research, surveys, and more. Once you sign up (for free), you fill out your profile and complete short assessments to demonstrate your abilities. The number of jobs available to you depend on how well you perform, and providing excellent work means your earnings will increase. You work your own schedule, they take care of invoicing, and you’re paid either monthly or weekly through PayPal.

These little jobs are done by people who log on to a company’s site and choose tasks, which could be as simple as clicking a link. Actually, no one really makes a career at it, but user testers can pick up some extra work reviewing websites or mobile applications that may still be in development. You don't even necessarily have to be very knowledgeable about the Internet because some developers want the beginner's point of view.

The range of work-at-home opportunities for the artistic type is immense. Some work-at-home artistic jobs, like illustration, may require an art degree and a lot of experience, but there are plenty of other ways to earn cash from home using your artistic talent. As more companies transition to a remote workforce, the number of virtual call center jobs increases. Often, experience in an office call center or even a retail job is enough to land a home-based call center job. If you speak more than one language, consider getting a bilingual call center job, which tends to have perks due to the additional knowledge needed.
While remote workers can be found in a number of different industries, it’s more prevalent in the tech-sphere. It could be due to the nature of most tech jobs—especially jobs for developers and programmers—that require a strong attention to detail and long hours of focus.
